Why I Do Drag
Performance Style
I want to expand people's minds about what the art of drag can be. It's more than a "MAN" dressing as a "WOMAN". It's queer people expressing the fluidity of gender and gender expression. Drag can be funny, emotional, empowering, scary, and healing. Most importantly, drag can give people a sense of visibility and community.
